Can I delete my profile?
Yes, you can. However, the rest of what you have left of your 12-month subscription that you paid for is non-refundable will be lost. Cancel your subscription and use your account for 12 months then delete it, if you no longer wish to use goneXfishing. Go to settings and click ‘cancel subscription’ or ‘delete account’.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can. However, your subscription will be live and you will be able to use your account for the 12 months you’ve already paid for. That payment is non-refundable. You can reactivate your subscription as long as you don’t delete your account.
How do I renew my subscription?
Your subscription renews automatically after 12 months and the amount due will be deducted from your account. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, go to settings and click ‘cancel subscription’
